im not sure if this has been posted but is there a monthly posting limit for each hosting plan so do i have to keep posting each month

Yes. Depending on your hosting package, you have to make a certain number of posts.
For a starter is 20 post a month, Advanced is 30 post a month, and the Biggin' package is 40 posts a month.
