We're currently patching a critical error in the signup system. Therefore the signups will be taken offline in 15 minutes as of this post. Thanks for your cooperation.

We'll be taking signups offline in 10 to 15 minutes! During this time you will be able to access cPanel but not the /signup/ stuff. Everything should be back online by 7:30!

500 Internal Server Errors

I finally managed to fix the 500 errors on Tyreus. However, you'll still need to do it to your site. Everyone is affected.

I got a report that someone on the server is sending out lots of spam. So in response my solution was to install suPHP as the spammer was using a script to send the spam and it was being sent as 'nobody' so i was unable to locate the account. What suphp does is forces those scripts to use the account's username instead of nobody.

For the time being, you guys are all going to get 500 errors until I figure this out.

Edit: Those directions should handle most anything you come across but I cannot be 100% certain that they are accurate. I am really busy right now and dont have time to test it all.

MySQL Offline

MySQL is currently experiencing outages every so often. We're working to get this fixed as soon as possible. If you are given a database connection error during this time, simply refresh the page until it displays the correct content. Thanks for your cooperation.

FTP Down

The FTP Service is currently down. We're working to get it back online ASAP. This won't affact how visitors view your sites unless they use FTP. If you need access to FTP to edit your site, then for now you can login to your site via cPanel: http://tyreus.com:2082/

For about 15 or so minutes today, MySQL was down. All sites were affected, however, everything is back up and running smoothly at this time.
